Abstract
|
|
|
Synovial sarcoma is a malignant tumor that is encountered most commonly in a extraarticular location of extremities.
We experienced a case of synovial sarcoma of the hip which was recurred after local excision.
So, we performed a wide excision including surrounding soft tissue resection with a good result.
We present a case of synovial sarcoma of the hip due to its rare site of occurence and its good result after wide excision.
